Victoria Grieve is Professor of History at Utah State University, where she has taught since 2004. Her research focuses on U.S. labor, feminism, journalism, and the intersections of politics and culture in the twentieth-century United States. She is the author of Labor Journalism, Labor Feminism: Women of the Federated Press (University of Illinois Press, 2026), Little Cold Warriors: American Childhood During the Cold War (Oxford University Press, 2018), and The Federal Art Project and the Creation of Middlebrow Culture (University of Illinois Press, 2009). Her current research examines the labor history of Yellowstone National Park, the UAW Women’s Auxiliary and second-wave feminism, and the life and career of consumer advocate Esther Peterson.
