Women and Social Movements at the OAH

Saturday, April 18, 12:20pm-1:50pm in Landmark 6 room at the Renaissance Grand. The Women and Social Movements websites and Alexander Street Press will once again sponsor a luncheon and slide talk at the upcoming annual meeting of the OAH in St. Louis.

Tom Dublin will speak on “Internationalizing U.S. Women’s History on the Women and Social Movements Websites” and also describe some important new initiatives. We are creating a new “Articles and Analysis” section of WASM in the US and will also be encouraging scholars to employ Digital Humanities techniques with digitized versions of our primary source documents.

We expect this to be a lively meeting and look forward to sharing these developments with you. Please email tdublin@binghamton.edu to reserve a place for yourself; seats are limited and we will fill tables on a first come-first served basis.
